Displaying real-time order status

This method of researching order status produces real-time information, but it displays only one order at a time. If you do not already have specific identifying information like an order number or an invoice number, consider generating an Order Status Report first to get this information.

To display real-time order status, follow these steps:

1. On the website's main menu system, click Order Status. The Order Status screen is displayed.
2. In the Check Real-Time Order Status section of the screen, use the first list to indicate whether you are searching for a Pack and Ship order or a Configuration order.
3. From the second list, select the type of number (order number, invoice number, etc.) that you will enter in the search box to its right.
4. In the search box to the right of the lists, enter whatever identifying number you have for the order.
5. In the last list, indicate whether the order you are searching for is an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) order or not. If you are unsure, select the Both Types option.
6. When you are satisfied that the information you have entered is correct, click the Search button. The Order Details screen appears automatically with the results of your inquiry.
